How many members gave up the dreaded fags on NYD?

I stopped on the spur of the moment one Saturday 2 years ago.
I came home from work on the Friday and decided that I was doing myself no favours and that I would not smoke as from the next day.
So far, so good.
I hate the smell of someone else's smoke :-& , but if I see a cigarette being lit 200yds or more away then I have a small urge.

it will be a year on sunday when myself and swmbo gave up
we went cold turkey only way to do it properly imho
not having a go just my thought

Keep it up Nev, swmbo & me gave up 13yrs ago when my youngest was born with Ahsma (spelling :? ) never looked back since, funny thing is she was never subjected to smoke as a toddler & she absolutley hates it,
Anyway my truck smokes enough for the whole family :wink: ,
