a few years ago horses near us was being slashed with knives, second half of 2005 about 6 peoplels dogs near us have had their dogs poisened by somebody throwing bread with purple poision on it!   :cry:  :cry:

i could never hurt anything,  it makes me feel sad when one of our cats cathes a mouse or a bird! :cry:

Sounds like an opportunity for the legitimate vehicular users to get together and make some good press for themselves carrying out repairs and condemning those who caused the damage in the first place  :!:  :?:

Putting a TRO on it will only stop the legal users and not the illegal ones.
