Simex jt2 tubes

hi,
I have some jt2s and knocked two of them off my mach 5s at tixover in the claypit.
i was running them at about 18psi. on the soft clay and they still came off.
Anyway ive been looking for some tubes for them but cant find them anywhere does anyone know where i can get some.
Or any other alternative which will stop this problem.
