Camera Mount

(1/4) > >>

Damonski:
A cheshire group recently did some lanes around buxton and it was mentioned that we should get a video camera mounted on the passengers handle (300 series disco)

Im wondering if anyone has already attempted such a mount and could possibly share there mounting blueprints :)

Cheers!

Bulli:
I often use a small mp4 recorder mounted on a small tripod, cant think of the name of it but got it from blacks. Has velcro attatched to it that allows fastening to round/square objects. Prob wouldnt work with large camcorder but would with some of the smaller stuff around now.

With a bit of luck Paul will be about later.
He has a mount that fits on a grab handle.

It's pretty good.

And as if by magic he apears. :D

I've got a nice cam clamp that fits to the grab handle.

Picked mine up from here: http://www.b-hague.co.uk/Mounting%20Brackets.htm

I bought mine from a local camera shop. It's basically a fancy G Clamp with telescopic height adjustment along with tilt and pan. Cost me £60 but it's a well made piece of kit.
I was slightly miffed to find a budget version in Maplins for £9.99  :(mad):
