It seems bull bars are relatively easy to unbolt so might be worth putting a security stamp on them. Maybe get a punch kit and put your registration on them.

Wire the thing up to the mains supply.
Cover it with hydrofloric acid
fill it with napalm with a tilt detecting detonator

hydrofloric's a bit far...you would get rid of the rust though.
 I was taking to a guy who does chemical removal for waste disposal company. Full haz chem the works . He is waiting for a new "space suit" as they need to remove 1000 litres of hydrofloric.....not nice work if you can get it!

Yep HF is great fun, guess whats waiting for me after christmas....
Buildings down, but enough survived to be a problem!
