Watered down vinegar.. The white stuff you pickle onions in. But dont put the onions in as they might clog it up. :)

Yeah - you really don't need much at all!
If you like the effect, try using your normal amount of bubble bath in a jacuzzi... :x
A bottle of Fairy used to be enough to totally swamp the large fountain at Drake's Circus in Plymouth, not that I ever tried it myself!

We put 5L of catering washing up liquid in there once!
