A question of morals

(1/7) > >>

Matt_H:
I went down to the local shop to buy a packet of butter.

I paid but only had a £20 note ( I know this as I tried to give it to SWMBO but she gave it back as I was skint).

I just noticed I have £29 in my pocket which can't be right (a £20 note being one) - the shop must have given me too much change.  If I had spotted it at the time I would have said something straight away however that was about 5 hours ago now and they are very closed.

Would you go back the next day?  I might just stick the tenner in a charity box thing about it tho'.

Matthew

Sheddy:
I would definately go back.  treat people how you would want to be treated.
except the taxman - screw him!

Matt_H:
Would you go back if the shop staff/owners were normally not very freindly? Kind of those ones that stair at soemthnig else and say "97 pence", no please or thank you?

Matthew
