Unfortunately it doesnt work like that any more. It used to be anything over 25 years old qualified but then labour changed it to anything manufactured before january 1st 1973 (I think!) so its not a case of waiting, unless the conservatives get back in and change it again (which I doubt) Sorry  :cry:

Yep - after getting into power on the slogan of (among other things) 'The Tories are the Partry of Stealth Taxation', Labour promtly froze this Vehicle Excise 'bonus' at their first Budget ... without having the decency to first announce it in any way, shape or form!! :twisted:
