is it just me or is mud club doing strange things?

im sure posts keep disappering, very recent post!

ive listed a few things for sale and they said they had been succesfull, couldnt find them anywhere in for sale section, but had replys for them...?

is their something wrong or is it my end?

ok if anyone can actually see this who nows whats going on pm me please, i can view this as a succesfully post but after editing but when look in to the bar where its posted it aint their! very confused now!

right its now here twice, just cleared all my history and temp files and can now see loads more posts!

I slipped one in yesterday... being a newby I dinner know their was an Auction area, my ad teleported it's self to the auction area. Well smart and clever stuff..   :wink:

There are two issues here.

The first is that there has been a recent influx of people posting in the wrong sections.  This is of course mildly irritating, but not always the case (and don't think I'm suggesting that you're a culprit, since I rarely look to see who it is that posted it)

The second is that there is a bug somewhere in the posting code that means when a thread is being replied to, one time out of probably 200 it loses track of the thread.  It's still in the database as far as we can tell, but not linked to from the forum.  We're still working on this one, but it's proving a doozy.
