So when it has 12 and a half hours left on it and still nobodys bid and I put 500 quid in and then it goes to 11 hours left then they cannot delete my bid or remove the car from the auction and if the auction finishes with me as the winning bid then they have to sell the car to me. Is that right ??

12 hours or less - no bids - they can remove it
12 hours or less - any bids - they CANT remove it
more than 12 hours - bids or not - they can remove it with the option to sell to current highest bidder.
If you bid now, and they dont end it and you win, they are contractually obliged to sell it to you for your winning bid.

Gearbox probs????mmmm!!!!!!!!!!..............I wouldnt bother I got mine 12 months ago with a new gearbox and it was in better nick than that one for lees than £1500...........have a look around theres loads about

yeah bid on it then if they dont let em go have a winge to ebay but in my veiw if they dont wont to let it go then i cant really see wot anyone can do to make em give it to ya ebay or no ebay :?
