IT's EASY.

It all bolt together depending on the age of the RR.  Decide how much you want to cut out and get happy with an angle grinder . Either refit rear chassis crossmember or fab your own.
Hardest parts are what to do for a fuel tank and were to put it , I used a tank from a Suzuki SJ because I had one . Roof can be tricky to get to look right after cutting I joined mine through sunroof area so not much showing after join.

A nice little project for Christmas day to work off the turkey.

Have taken advice and powered up the angle grinder.
