Need help!!!!

went out this morning drove about 5miles no probs stopped for about 15mins then....................................


went to use the brakes pushed pedal brakes ok then pedal goes
hard and as if servo is not working

drive for a little while and pedal ok again then goes hard again

Its a 300tdi disco by the way

when you say goes hard and feels like the servo not working i would have a good look at all the air pipework comming out and especally around the bulk head area i had same problem few months back found a split in one of the air pipes or vacume pipes if you like technical  :D
