ACCOMMODATION
For Sunday night, at the final destination, each team will have a twin room booked at a superior hotel, and two places at the Presentation Dinner. All of this is included in the Entry Fee, (less personal drinks and extras)
FEES
The basic Entry Fee, which will cover some of the expenses and is non-refundable is £100 per team. In addition teams are asked to raise a minimum of a further £400 in sponsorship. There is an award for the highest amount of sponsorship raised.
All entry and sponsorship cheques should be made payable to
‘Macmillan 4x4 Challenge' or ‘Macmillan Cancer Relief’

i'm doing it as well though this is my first time and don't know quite what to expect?
Can anyone tell me where is the best place to stay on the Friday night as according to some people on the "Mac" forum they have already booked a room?
would be very interested if someone can give me an idea of what to expect!!

dont bother mate.....we actully start the mac on the friday night now...start gate opens at 2000hrs
