PLease please make a good job of the exhaust if you do a disco TDi as i was looking at one the other day that was fitted by heath robinson & wurzel gumage,

instead of modding the exhaust had moved the slave cylinder back so had a big long rod that went round the exhaust

The IVECO engines used to be highly rated, and still are by their users.
Frogs Island used to supply/fit them.
They fitted one to Frank ('LRM' columnist) Elsons 110 Station Wagon; 'PKV' 10years ago & it's still going strong

What about the 'Brazilian' 2.8 Tdi?

You seen the price of that BTM :?  :shock:  Call me biased, but I'd go for the Isuzu 2.8t. :D

TDi is No.1 for me

Fitted one after running V8 for years, excellent choice and if mine goes bang, it will be another Tdi
