Yes- you're not f******g kidding are you- £500 for a set of four snow  chains!! I'll take my chances without them this Winter thanks.

what they mean is:  if it  was going to snow there is a forty percent chance of it happening.but as it only forty percent  it's ten percent away from ....maybe yes maybe no... :lol:
