LPG fire
hobbit:
Normally its not the gas that causes the fires, and there is only low pressure at the feed end near the engine, its more than likely an electrical type problem at first
Dave a pm for you mate
jjsaul:
probably a cheapo kit badly fitted with no vent pipe
it says the car filled up with LPG, any properly fitted kit shouldnt allow that to happen.
hobbit:
Agreed, even whe I fitted the kit in the lightweight, I had to double line the pipes to and from the tank, most of the time the top is off anyway and when its on its a draughty anyway
ian_s:
you have to remember that this story is in the Sun.
the rangerover might have caught fire, while it was filling the tank up with gas, but the Sun will have put 2 and 2 together and got 2384523576234
