well it looked ......okay, but quite simply the wrong colour.
Far, far, too many silver cars about today
Bush Tucker Man:
Well..............
I've been & test-driven a '55' plate 90XS this afternoon.
Not bad those Td5's are they? (better than I thought)
And, offered a fairly good deal on an unregistered 110CSW (about £24,300 OTR)

It was funny in a way, I've almost had to sign a 'keep it clean' clause before Joanne agreed with me over it :(scared): :(sulk):
I quite liked the 90 XS I drove yesterday at Guy Salmon, but the thought of buying a brand spanker was a bit scary (all that money)
Plus it was an offer on the 'In Stock' special edition vehicles;
90XS (black, with air-con)
90SW 'Silver'
110SW 'Silver'
110Double-Cab 'Silver'
So a trawl of local dealers took place on t'internet' last night;
1. 110 Td5 CSW ('T'plate) at the Huddersfield Land Rover Centre
2. 90 Heritage ('V' plate) at Simmonites
3. 90 Heritage ('W' plate) at Buxton 4x4
And the one mentioned in this afternoons post :wink:

If you can find a low mileage TDi 110CSW, with a full dealer history, then it is likely to be worth every penny.
However, these are few and far between - don't be tempted to risk a non-service history vehicle.

48,000miles & fully stamped history book
In fact I've even seen this vehicle before somewhere in the hands of its previous owner.
