colintandy:
can anyone tell me what the height difference is between a 235/85/16  bfg mud terrain and 35 12.50 r15 procomp mud terrain i know its a big tyre but what is difference in height it will lift truck diffs from deck compared with the bfg   regards colin

Bulli:
Colin approx 2.5 inch ....but will lonly lift diff by half of that ofcourse...have you changed your gearing...it helps BIGTIME!

chuggaman:
i just fitted 36 inch tyres

but in reality they measure a little less

more like 35

metric size states 315 x 80 x 15 inch

same with my 33 inch tyres

more like 32

you will get more clearance under your diff.

but it will be half the size of the height difference between the choice of tyres

davidlandy:
i think that a 235.85 is a bit less than 31" in diameter

35 will be about 34"ish

so allowing for tyre pressures the diff will probalby be around an inch and a half or so higher off the ground.

colintandy:
thanks all :D
