Sill-Bars & Side-Steps

Out of curiosity, & for future referance :-$  

Is it feasible to fit the nice, 'normal' folding side-steps with sill-bars/rock-sliders?? (don't like the look of 'side-runners')

Or do they conflict with each other, with regards to mounting points?
