Ask away!

It's a local garage here (they are a client of mine), they had it in last week for it's MOT and it failed   on leaking shocks, so rather than fit new 'standard' shocks I bought this kit.

If it wasn't so dark and cold I would probably be tempted to tackle it myself or shout for some assistance, but I'm just going to fix it this time with the use of my chequebook (and possible my overdraft   ).

Can't say how much it will cost, but I trust them not to rip me off, they have looked after my other car for ages and come well recommended.

Bulli:
Tim , you should have come up here today..ive been tinkering with mine and could have done the job in about 2 hours. Oh well at least you trust em

I'm certainly no expert mechanic, but it's a job even I'd tackle (and have, twice so far).  However it's a heck of a hassle unless you have a decent set of spring compressors.  About £25 will get a set worth having if you shop around.
