Perkins Diesel Help

Hi guys I have just purchsed a very cheap complete motor with a perkins diesel engine in. Its a series 3 109. The bloke I bought it off told me it was a 3.5 Litre is this possibly true as whilst looking on the net I have found no 3.5 litre perkins engins in any landy. If you can help in any way please do. Also if you know the engine code.....4302 or whatever please let me know.

if its a 4302, IIRC then its 302 cubic inch.
what that is in litres, i aint got a clue but its more than 3.5.

to be honest, i've not heard of a 4302
i have heard of the 4203, which is more like 3.3 litres

What engine sizes do they generaly fit in the landys.
Also what different sizes do you know of.
