Whats it worth am I asking too much?

I am clearing the garage as I cant keep every thing.
I bought this incase I blew my own up but need the funds and cant get in the garage
413 engine 50k no leaks, new webber carb ( cost £200 with reciept), five speed box, and prop, all you need to make a 410 in to a 413 just add engine mounts, I was asking £200 is this too dear?
Webbers seem to go for £100 + on ebay
What do you think?

Well I am splitting it up as the Webber has only done a few thousand miles and they go for big money on Ebay.
