Soft top discovery

Bush Tucker Man:
Years ago in 'LRO' (circa 1993) there was a soft-top Discovery that looked very good indeed.
Can't remember who did it, but it was one of the big conversion companies

That's more like it Colin.  Looks much better without the doortops.  But if I was building one, I'd leave the cage off the back there for certain, kind of spoils the line. Perhaps just a single chrome roll bar instead  8)

It was Vantagefield
The feature was in the April 1993 edition, along with a white 4-door Range Rover convertible
The (3-door) Discovery was green, with 'FreeStyle' alloys & a black top.

Now those are very nice conversions. Wouldn't mind either the disco or the range rover soft top from those guys  8)
