3 cracked heads

i finally got round to stripping my vm engine down to find out why it was so gutless last time out and found 3 of the heads had cracked.any body have any suggestions why this would happen.and no the engine didn't get cooked

lol - its just sooo funny, especially the old Guy in the lake, and the roll over of your rangie!
