Horn & Hazards don't work

Iv'e just noticed my horn doesnt work and after checking the fuse and looking at the handbook I found out it is tied in with the harard lights fuse and they don't work either. They were working recently hmmm....
I have checked every fuse I could find and they all seem to be fine. any ideas?

unplug the horn

some have two

then try hazards

do you have tow electrics???

yes I do have tow electrics, how does that effect things, I just had my exhaust changed recently ?

First of all thanks for the help, however I tried disconnecting both the horns but still no hazards lights?
