WADING PLUGS

Hi all, does anyone know the thread for the wading plugs on a def nad   cheers. :D

have a look on e-bay - a chap is selling them on there for £1.25 plus postage.

I beleive that it is the same thread pitch as the sump oil plug

You can get them cheap from Gas fitters, they are the same size as some sort of gas bolt or another..

Not sure what though - which doesn't really help.

Try M22 - I may be wrong but it rings a bell.

Although, knowing Land Rover, it's 27/32" UNC or some such...
