Off Charge

On the way home from work battery light came on and charge indicator dropped to edge of red . It was ok all week after a full charge last week and all this week, is it likely to be a sick battery, or a short or alternator ?; as i said a weel ago it went flat during one day parked up but has been fine for all this week. Dont want to get new one unless i have to  :cry:

sounds like a dreaded intermitant short somewhere :-(

I hoped you wouldnt say the I word they are the worst you have no way of locating them. :cry:  :evil:

I had a short that blew a fuse every time I braked going downhill and turning to the left ... took me 3 weeks to find it and about 20 fuses  :evil:

TULL:
better call at halfords on the way to work then , thats if it starts in the morning.
