Halfords pro stuff is fab!! Got two socket sets and if any thing breaks....

The other thing, is the quality of the tools you buy, although you can get some tools quite cheap, and not be of fantastic quality, you have to weigh up how much you will use them against the durabilty.
Can be interesting sometimes with the specialist tools, and sometimes its worth asking around to see if you can borrow the odd tool from a friend especially if you are only going to use it the once
Some budget tools are worth having some are not, I usually keep a roll of cheap spanners in the lightweight, basically because if i nip out in it I dont want to transfer tools over fromt he main vehicle fot a run, and risk having them nicked from a rag top. A basic roll already in there out of the way and if any probs occur at least i've got a fighting chance of doing something
