RR brakes mixing with Disco brakes I NEED HELP!!!

Okay, so I need some help with my hybrid
Got a RR hybrid with knackered brakes calipers all round....
Just bought axles off a 300tdi disco that are replacing the shot and rather tired RR axles
So, the disco axles have GREAT calipers on! BUT.... they are single lines, not double as on the RR.
So the rears are easy (both are single lines) BUT what do I do with the fronts?
Change the servo to single line disco one (not ideal as the RR is VERY modified to match the 90 servo)
Can I change the brake lines and et rid of some of the splitters?
Fit a 90 servo?
Whats the thoughts????

the fronts on my V8 are double line, maybe source some earlier calipers?

No, I want to use the Disco calipers are they are nearly brand new. Trouble is they are only single line :?

Really good mate, saw you heading to Nash, flashed my lights. Will be living in Buckinham soon so I was driving from there to pick up the beast.
It was good, some 38 trucks turned up!!!!! I found some serious mud that needed winching out off. Good day.
How was Nash (Whaddon?) Bet it was great with all the rain!!!!
