Injector Pump Tweek & Welsh Plug

I've recently cleaned out the standard intercooler and tweeked the pump a little to improve performance....BIG SMILE...but I can't remove the welsh/welch/core plug from the top of the AFC on the pump. Rather than ripping it off and making things worse does anyone know what size it is so I can buy a replacement so it re-seals properly? Or does anyone know a part number or supplier?

Don't know the part number but I managed to get mine out using two small electrical screwdrivers. It's quite soft metal so you can alway bend it back into shape afterwards.  :wink:

when I took mine out of the defender it broke into little pieces  :oops:
