rear trailing arm kickers
Range Rover Blues:
As you are effectively spacing the trailing arm, what does this do to your UJ angles on the rear prop?
Also, with a 4" lift, how close is the A frame balljoint to binding?
Finally, do your dis/relocation cones work?

nothing untoward as yet

surprisingly enough..yes they do..although they dont look like they will in the above picture

Well I was looking under a mate's RR with 5" of lift and the trailing arms are swinging forwards so that the diff points upwards, reducing the axle uj angle but making it unvbalanced with the box end. I suggested he moved the triangle plates ahead of the chassis outriger to completely straighten the axle UJ (then fit a Cardan joint) as this is a popular mod in the 'states.
However this gizmo looks pretty effective on your motor and at that price quite cheap too. All he needs now is a wide-angle prop and they are relatively cheap.
BTW that balljoint thing, start by looking how distorted the rubber bellows is with the car on the ground, you may want to compare it to another joint that's off the car. Obviously the biggest problem is when you are cross-axled (as above) or high-centred.
I'm thinking about having a new rear A frame fabricated from steel, though that's more about saving weight.
