I'll 'stick my neck on the block' & say that most Defenders will have been bought as 2nd cars & 'weekend toys', so will have lead fairly pampered lives.
As opposed to practically every Discovery in existance, which is used day-in-day-out.
Besides, something like a leaking screen on Defender is characterful.
No I didn't mean that :lol: , I mean they're only held in with a rubber strip, the Discovery is bonded & requires removal & rebonding to sort it out
