im a bit confused now im getting differant answers from differant suppliers...

The question i asked was i need a pair of rear shocks for my series 3 and the chap told me he only had a set for the front so i bought them anyways and another site i use is saying they are universal and fit both front and rear can any clear this up and the proffessionals seem to disagree lol

help................ hehh  8)

:D  thanks for the link :) ill be using them for lots of bits now however............  lol i meant are the front sets and rear sets the same? the haynes manual does say that they are but i know my luck ill put the set i have on the rear and it wont be right lol

Part no. for SWB front is RTC4230. Rear is RTC4232.
LWB rears have a differant bottom fitment.
Have a word with www.dls-uk.co.uk aswell as the other link - both very helpful :wink: . Cant remember what shocks were like on mine when I changed them - sorry
