Play in the steering - Discovery 300tdi

Disco Bristol:
I believe there is too much play in my steering. Where and how do i go about solving this? Are there an bushes/washers that need replacing?

well you have a choice of 3 uj's,5 tre's/4 & a balljoint,low tyre pressures & swivel bottom bearings can also make the steering handlr funny
