1.6 into sammy?

Does any one know if a 1.6 8v from a vitara will fit straight into my sammy 1.3. I can get a complete 1.6 engine for a lot less than a set of rings an the extra power would be good. :?

its not a straight swap but with minimal spaner time it can be done usually a conversion plate it placed between the engine and the sammy box new engine mounts are needed really one will fir staight in o/s if i remember but the other is out go to

i tried that site but its under construction. Ive been told that you need a spacer between the vitara engine and sammy gearbox? is there anyone that does a kit or can i make one.
gotta sort somethink soon, gettin more smoke an less power by the day.
