Yes, and a badge.

Defenders had a metal badge with a stamped number.
FreeLanders had a badge on the B-post pillar
Range Rovers had a dashboard plaque I seem to recall (brochure down in basement 'snug')

I'll assume the Discovery had one, but I haven't seen one, and it's not mentioned in the brochure, so who knows??

Now the Heritage Defenders were very nice as well.
I've still got my eye on a Bronze Green 110CSW

The 90 was available in 'Atlantic Green' as well as 'Bronze Green'
