Srs 3 Lightweight petrol, runabout

Not every problem can be solved with duct tape, and it's exactly for those situations we have WD 40

And why can't I get one insurance policy for all my cars - I can only drive one at any given time, after all! :(

Try here,,  http://www.norton-ib.co.uk/ they use to do just what you want. I use to have a motor traders policy with them.

Thanks' I'll give them a go!

I Phoned round every single insurance company in lro +others like tesco ect my biggest complaint was that they all take about ten minuets of details before they ask me how old i am, so i say 21 and most of them say oh we cant help arrrrrghhh!!!

Any way i soon learned to start the conversation with im 21 and have a Defender 90 that saved a lot of time. Those that that could help soon changed thier mind when i got as far as mentioning the winch eventually Norcounty insurance covered me with winch FC for a little over £700 still think it is expensive though but best quote i got

My first car, aged 18 cost me £320 TPFT for a 1.3 Escort
Now I'm 35, my Cavalier 1.7d (same HP as the Escort) cost me £350, full NCB, limited to 2,000miles/year.

Am I getting any better value?

The RRC, 1988 3.5, heavily modified, group13, £225
1991, 3.9 auto, completely standard, group 15 so £300

Go figure!

At least my classic Fords don't cost too much.  That same Escort, plus a few friends, all on one policy, £90.  Fully comp and agreed value 8)
Blue,  1988  Range Rover 3.5 EFi with plenty of toys bolted on
Chuggaboom, 1995 Range Rover Classic
1995 Range Rover Classic Vogue LSE with 5 big sticks of Blackpool rock under the bonnet.
