Well I've taken it apart and found the problem.....



.....the channel that holds the glass was in TWO parts!!!  It had rusted through.  Cleaned it out, closed the window in place and now hunt for a new channel.

Thankfully I hadn't ordered a new part!!  :lol:

Good news then Sulley, don't forget the rubber seal that fits between the channel & the glass.  Plenty of washing up liquid when you put it together!!  :wink:

Sometimes I wish I had bought a Defender!!!!
