Actually if you burn them out I'd advse you don't tough them or let the doags walk on the bits that fall out, just in case.

i put the ones in my radius arms with a bottle jack under my trailer

I'm one of the lucky ones, I have access to a hydraulic press, lot less hassle

Do you have any freindly garages nearby? The easiest thing if you have a second car is to take them to a garage and give them a few quid just to push them out. It won't cost much and saves a hell of a lot of work.

Thats what I do, but when I get there he says do it yourself, then I finish up helping out for a couple of hours or going out to recover a breakdown, while one of the lads does the pressing   :lol:
