Lt 77 wadeing plug!

Wadding plugs are brass ???
 
normally turned steel which is Zinc and Yellow pasivated arn't they ?

mine aint brass they are pasivate

are they being confused with the rad plug?

i had 1 brass one but the ones i got off e bay arent :?

My originals are brass (look brass anyway), i have spares that aren't though.

Well Then! I went out yesterday on a mission ! Hammer and Chisel in hand! and managed to loosen both the gearbox wadeing plug and the timeing case plug! Found no water in either and then re-fitted with a small amount of copper grease on both! That should make life easier for the Future! Thanks for your advise again Chaps!! :D  :D  :D
