Your not alone in that belief - Many peeps told me that 255s would go with no mods so it seems to be some sort of widespread rumour.

I have had to chop the plastic arches at the bottoms to stop them hitting as well as chop an exhaust bracket back on the rear silencer - there is also evidence of the tyres hitting the tops of the rear inner arches so ext bumpstops would cure that  - thinking about it I dont think a suspension lift would make much difference??!!??

It could be a lot worse - it could had been 235s onto a disco !!!!!

I'd still run with the extended bumpstops with the 255s if theres a risk of rubbing - just thinking about coilbinding makes me cringe!

I havent got any yet but will either extend my own an inch or so, or get some cheapies from paddocks
