They're probabkly the best except maybe mach 5's.  Just make sure they'll fit before you buy em.  They're expensive as well!

I'll argue the Mach 5 thing (even if they are sooooooo pretty) - the Wolf rim is proof tested to double the rating of the standard rim and are 6.5" wide. I've run 235/85x16 on Wolfs for yonks and I'm very pleased. The rims even survived an Audi attack early on.

They are heavy though.

If you go for modulars - go grey - they look like a standard Landy product, only wider.

Depending on the breed of your Defender theres always steel Disco 1 rims.

I never bent a rim till i got modulers, i'v busted too at Tixover now.
maybe it's just the mud faires dont like modulars  :roll:
