clutch

Bobtail:
anyone channged  a clutch slave cylinder on a 300 tdi
took mine out today and the clutch arm came with it

is this right

or do i now have to take the box out?

help please

it shouldnt do that,if you are ambidexrious you can clip it back in but if like me ur not so flexible & have little patience you have 3 options,
1 take the box out to put a poxy clip back in
2 stick it in the wrong way round & forget about it as it will still work ok
3 the method i chose,take a 2 inch hole saw to the bottom of the bell housing just below where the arm is & make an access hole,must remember to bloke it off after wards as ive still not doine mine yet & it lets all sorts o crap in
