Got to admit that (on a purely personal basis) I'd like a set that mimics the shape of the existing trim, or hides behind it.
I've seen some plans/directions for making a set, but my welding is well out of practice & was like Pigeon-poo anyway :roll:
Now I can't find the link, it was for a set that fitted behind the trim panel

Go and have a look at the Mill Services ones... not certain if he is going to Malvern, but I think he is from my last conversation with him.
If finance is the issue, I reckon that for the money he charges, it is hardly worth messing around trying to get materials, etc. and making them yourself. Of course, if you just want to make them for the challenge, then fair enough.... the biggest issue is getting them to curve with the sills nicely.
