MattW:
Hi All

We'll soon be painting our tatty S3 project vehicle. I can't say I've painted Ally panels before or the underside of a proper offroad vehicle. What would you recommend?

Matt

Greenlanekit:
If you are on bare naked metal ;-) use a good etch primer first or you'r efforts will be wasted, if you have no spray gun a good properly used roller I found works well, but the pressure you aply has to be even throughout

Andy the Landy:
I sanded down the bodywork and then used a 5 inch gloss roller with synthetic enamal and turned out like This  :D
