Same here. Like 'Snowie' we pay, but at at reduced rate in comparison to visitors/out-patients.

I think I pay about £1.60 a week, but without a payslip in front of me, I can't be certain

When I used to work in Leicester royal I used to get free parking. Just had to get my ticket "zapped" at security. The last time I was there the rottwieller woman on duty refused to zap it for me. I offered to bring her the remains of the barrier when she got stroppy about it. She couldn't grasp the concept that if she insisted on charging me the £3 to park then I would invoice the hospital at least £23 for the privilege. Had to get her supervisor to talk sense to her in the end. Silly girl. Luckily I don't have to go there any more.
