No, but now that i know of it i will have a look. (it came from difflock).

I'll phone the ROW officer tomorrow to confirm, we can then use it when we go to Bala  :lol:

Just spoken to the council. They are have started work, the peson in charge was out of the office so I'll phone back tomorrow to get an opening date. Fingers crossed it will be ready for our trip to Bala.
