Help, i've broke it!!!

HELP!!

below is a picture ( should be ) of my rear near side chassis rail where it meets the rear cross member, if the photo has worked you'll see a hole where there didn't used to be one!

Any one know a good (reasonably priced) welder that they would recommend? I live in north warwickshire near to the M42 Junction 10.

wasa little surprised to find said hole when all i was doing is fixing the indicator!!
