Unfortunately Sky+ won't work on it as the channel isn't in the TV guide.
It'd have to be done with a video and making sure nobody else used the sat.
You've got to use Services then 8 to access the saved channels menu.

Ah, might be able to use the manual record option, if not, I do not have VHS  :oops:

Just done a quick test and manual record doesn't work. More than likely because it doesn't have the TV guide. You can only see the next program on an added channel.

Such is life.

You'd think you'd be able to swap it for the ITV London channel.

I agree with MuddyWeb. If there has been mis-representation then it should be brought to the attention of the relevant people. It will put pressure on reporters but wil also help the cause, good luck
