It's a song about Alice, and the restaurant, but Alice's Restaurant is not the name of the restaurant, that's just the name of the song, and that's why he called this song Alice's Restaurant....

Now that's about the only reason that I have kept a tape player in the car. However I've just found that it's available on Napster - indeed I'm listening to it at the moment - so can now have it available on the puter at any time.

This has distracted me slightly as I was listening to old acoustic Bob Dylan after having watched the first part of No way Home.

It's not a filesharing service anymore, just an online music shop. It does everything I want as it can sit there as a plugin for WMP which talks nicely with the Creative Zen. I don't but that much new music anymore and putting it directly onto the PC is easier than ripping it off a CD and then putting the CD in my storage area. No room at home to have many CDs.
